STEP 1 – Discovery Stage

Here we meet up and discuss your ideas, construction options, proposed budget and any specific conditions. We then create an action plan to guide you though the building process and identify and mitigate risks.

STEP 2 – Design Stage

We will organise a Designer to work with you to listen to your requirements and bring your ideas into working drawings. We discuss your requirements, the expected budget and provide you with a plan of action.

STEP 3 – Create detail fixtures, finishes and fitting specifications stage.

At this stage once we have a floor plan design, we can then work out the style/theme for the home. This includes selection of materials finishes and colour selections i.e of any joinery/cabinetry, feature lighting, flooring, any bathroom fixtures and fittings, etc

STEP 4 – Final design and documentation Stage

Once you’re happy with everything we then organise final drawings (construction set), structural drawings and all final fixtures, fittings and finishes schedule so we can work towards finalising pricing. At this stage we can organise all council approvals that are required.

STEP 5 – Final Quoting

Once the final selections and specifications have been completed, a final price in the form of a working bill of quantities, will be provided fully quoted by our trusted list of suppliers and trades people.

STEP 6 – Quote acceptance

We discuss any changes or additions to the project and seek approval to proceed with the works.

STEP 7 – Enter and agreement

We prepare an agreement for the works to be completed, develop a timeline program for the project and agree on the start date.

STEP 8 – Start construction

We work to strict building timelines and provide regular updates and consistent communication through the construction process. We ensure all quality standards are met and that the workmanship complies with your requirements.

STEP 9 – Handover

When all works are completed, we do a final walk-through inspection to ensure you are happy with all aspects of your home. We also arrange for any third-party inspections to be undertaken, if required.

STEP 10 – Our ongoing commitment

As we stand by the quality of our homes and our high standard of workmanship, we cover your home by a six-year structural warranty and twelve-month maintenance period.
