STEP 1 – Site Inspection
We meet onsite to discuss your ideas, construction options, proposed budget and any specific conditions. We then create an action plan to guide you through the building process and identify and mitigate risks.
STEP 2 – Design your home
You provide plans for your home build or renovation, or we can organise for a draftsman or architect to turn your ideas into working plans. We discuss your requirements, the expected budget and provide you with an initial estimate.

STEP 3 – Design review & concept budgets
We review concept drawings and use our standard specifications and selections to meet your brief. We then work out a more accurate estimate to see how it compares to your budget. Together we make decisions that could save you thousands of dollars before and during construction.
During this vital step we finalise drawings and create the building specifications for the project using our software program. We work with you throughout this process; guiding and coordinating your meetings with the appropriate suppliers and contractors to ensure your needs and wants are clearly communicated to all and provide you with an initial estimate.
STEP 5 – Provide a quote
Once you have approved the plans and finalised selections and specifications, we prepare a quote covering site works and all other inclusions.
STEP 6 – Quote acceptance
We discuss any changes or additions to the project and seek approval to proceed with works.
STEP 7 – Sign Contracts
We prepare a contract for you to sign, develop a timeline program for the project and agree on a start date.
STEP 8 – Start construction
We work to strict building timelines and provide regular updates and consistent communication through the construction process. We ensure all quality standards are met and that the workmanship complies with your requirements.
STEP 9 – Handover
When all works are completed, we do a final walk-through inspection to ensure you are happy with all aspects of your home. We also arrange for any third-party inspections to be undertaken, if required.
STEP 10 – Our ongoing commitment
As we stand by the quality of our homes and our high standard of workmanship, we cover your home by a six-year structural warranty and twelve-month maintenance period.
